Receta Hot Cocoa Snickerdoodles
Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 cups/206 g Cara's All-Purpose Blend (see below)
- 3/4 cups/150 g granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup/22 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Wet:
- 4 Tbs/56 g vegan butter (we used Earth Balance)
- 4 Tbs/56 g non-hudrogenated shortening
- 1 Tbs/7 g flaxmeal plus 3 Tbs/45 ml water, thickened for 5 minutes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (did you know you can make your own??)
- For Rolling:
- 2 Tbs/26 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups/480 g superfine brown rice flour
- 3 cups/538 g superfine sorghum flour
- 1 1/2 cups/288 g potato starch (not flour)
- 1 1/2 cups/288 g arrowroot powder
- flours into a measuring cup. level with a knife and throw everything
