Ingredientes

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. capers, liquid removed (optional)
  • 1/4 c. sherry wine
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and cover with foil before baking. Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour.
