- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. capers, liquid removed (optional)
- 1/4 c. sherry wine
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and cover with foil before baking. Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour.
