Ingredientes

  • 1 quart. cranberry juice
  • 1 - 2 c. sugar, to taste
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 6 - 8 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 quart. burgundy wine
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice and wine. Bring slowly o boil and simmer 15 min. Add in lemon juice and wine. Serve warm. For a stronger punch, add in a bit of brandy. Yields 4 qts.
