Receta Hot Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 x Russet potatoes unpared, and cut into 1" chunks
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves peeled, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Toss potatoes with garlic, oil, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste in large roasting pan. Roast in center of oven 15 min. Remove and stir to expose uncooked potato. Return to oven and continue to roast an additional 15 min or possibly till tender when pierced with a fork.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
