Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped fresh ginger root
  • 2 x Celery stalks cut into julienne strips
  • 8 c. Chinese cabbage chunks (1-inch pcs)
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 c. Spinach washed and torn in pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet or possibly Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and ginger; saute/fry till garlic is lightly browned. Add in celery; stir-fry 2 min. Add in cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 min. Add in spinach; stir-fry 2 min. Add in soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables. Serve immediately.
