Ingredientes

  • 3 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 scant teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/3 to 2/3 c. sauterne wine or possibly sherry
  • 1 pound lump fresh crab meat or possibly 3 cans good quality crab meat or possibly 3 (6 ounce) packages.
  • frzn crab meat

Direcciones

  1. In top of double boiler, heat cream cheese till softened. Add in remaining ingredients, except crab. Stir till smooth. Mix in crab. Heat thoroughly. Serve very hot in a chafing dish or possibly on a hot tray with warmed crackers or possibly melba toast. If made ahead, reheat in 350 degree oven till hot.
