Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 x Green chilies, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Salted black beans
  • 1 lb Bean curd, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Stock
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in 1 tb water

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add in salted beans & bean curd, fry gently until bean curd turns golden brown. Add in the rest of the ingredients & cook till the sauce thickens. Serve warm over noodles or possibly fried rice.
