Receta Hot Spicy Bean Curd

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 x Green chilies, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Salted black beans
- 1 lb Bean curd, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Stock
- 1 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in 1 tb water
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add in salted beans & bean curd, fry gently until bean curd turns golden brown. Add in the rest of the ingredients & cook till the sauce thickens. Serve warm over noodles or possibly fried rice.
