Hot Spinach Dip With Pita

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. (8 ounce) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 2 tomatoes, finely minced
  • 3/4 c. minced onions
  • 1/3 c. half & half
  • 1 T finely minced jalapeno peppers
  • Pita toasts (recipe follows)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 6 pita, cut in wedges

Direcciones

  1. In mixing bowl put together cheese, cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes, onions, half & half and peppers. Pour into a buttered dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till hot and bubbly. Serve with Pita Toasts.
  2. Put together butter, lemon pepper and cumin in a bowl. Dip pita pcs in mix. Bake at 400 degrees till crisp.
