Receta Hot Spinach Dip With Pita

Ingredientes
- 2 c. (8 ounce) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
- 2 tomatoes, finely minced
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 1/3 c. half & half
- 1 T finely minced jalapeno peppers
- Pita toasts (recipe follows)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 6 pita, cut in wedges
Direcciones
- In mixing bowl put together cheese, cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes, onions, half & half and peppers. Pour into a buttered dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till hot and bubbly. Serve with Pita Toasts.
- Put together butter, lemon pepper and cumin in a bowl. Dip pita pcs in mix. Bake at 400 degrees till crisp.
