Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 quart. tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoon low-sodium beef-flavored bouillon granules
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon warm sauce
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Celery leaves (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter in a Dutch oven till transparent. Add in tomato juice and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. To serve, garnish with lemon slices and celery leaves, if you like. Yield: 10 cups.
