Receta Hot Tomato Juice Soup

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 quart. tomato juice
- 2 teaspoon low-sodium beef-flavored bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon warm sauce
- Lemon slices (optional)
- Celery leaves (optional)
Direcciones
- Saute onion and celery in butter in a Dutch oven till transparent. Add in tomato juice and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. To serve, garnish with lemon slices and celery leaves, if you like. Yield: 10 cups.
