Ingredientes

  • 4 c. house salad blend fresh, chilled
  • 1/4 c. julienned red onion 1/4" by 2"
  • 1/4 c. julienned carrots 1/8" by 2"
  • 1/2 c. crispy noodles
  • 1/4 c. liquid removed mandarine oranges whole segments
  • 6 x julienne red peppers 1/4" by 2"
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared honey walnuts
  • 3 x tomato wedges 8th cut
  • 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cherries
  • 3 Tbsp. julienne cucumbers 1/8" by 2"
  • 2 ounce honey lime dressing on side
  • 1 x bread stick hot

Direcciones

  1. Place salad greens in center of plate. Do this using small mounds and fluffing to make the salad as high as possible. Don't spread and flatten around the plate. Proportionately distribute onions, carrots and noodles over salad greens.
  2. Proportionately distribute the oranges, julienne red pepper, then the walnuts over the salad mix. Place the tomato wedges at 10:00, 2:00 and 6:00 on plate. Top salad with blue cheese crumbles and sour cherries, place the julienne cucumbers in three equal mounds between each tomato wedge.
  3. Place dressing in ramekin and place at top right rim of plate. Place bread stick on right rim of plate.
