Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Kraft House Italian Dressing
  • 2 ounce pepperoni slices
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. mushroom halves
  • 1/2 c. red onion slices
  • 1/2 c. cucumber slices, cut in half
  • 1/3 c. pitted ripe olive slices
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 ounce 100% natural Kraft low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese slices, cut
  • into quarters
  • 4 California iceberg lettuce wedges

Direcciones

  1. Pour dressing over all ingredients except tomatoes, cheese and lettuce wedges. Cover; refrigerate.Drain pepperoni and vegetables, reserving dressing. Arrange pepperoni, vegetables, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce wedges on serving platter. Serve with reserved dressing.
