- 4 lrg russet potatoes scrubbed Lowfat sour cream Cooked-coarsely minced bacon Finely-snipped chives Freshly-grated cheddar cheese Unsalted butter Coarse salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Insert a baking nail lengthwise through the center of each potato. Place on a baking sheet, and bake till tender when pierced with the tip of a knife. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Remove potatoes from the oven, and break open by smashing on counter or possibly breaking in half. Top with desired toppings, and serve immediately.
