- Fresh concord (purple) grapes

- Put washed bunches of grapes in the top basket of the steamer juicer.
- The juice will collect in the middle section.
- Unclamp the rubber hose and fill sterilized quart jars with hot grape juice.
- Put hot lid on jar.
- Thatâs it. The official canning guide suggests that you use a boiling water canner to process your juice. My momâs been canning grape for 60 years and she doesnât process her grape juice. Youâll have to make that call.
- Check your lids for a seal before storing.
