Ingredientes

  • 4 c. huckleberries
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats uncooked
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place berries in a 9-inch square baking dish. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir lightly into fruit. For Topping, combine all ingredients except butter and nuts. With a pastry blender, cut into butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in nuts. Sprinkle topping over berries. Bake 30 min or possibly till bubbly around edge.
  2. Notes: I doubled the topping for this. It was very excellent for 3 days.
