Ingredientes

  • 8 x hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Butterd, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers, liquid removed and minced
  • 16 x rolled Achovy filets

Direcciones

  1. Shell Large eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks. Press yolks through a strainer and blend well with all ingredients except anchvies. Fill egg halves with this mix and top each half with an anchovy filet. Serve on Russian salad.
