Receta Hungarian Chocolate Frosting

- Heat chocolate in double boiler. Remove from boiling water, add in sugar and water, and blend. Add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add in butter, a Tbsp. at a time, beating thoroughly after each amount.
- Makes sufficient frosting to cover the top of one 9" layer and sides of three 9" layers, or possibly to cover the tops and sides of two 9" layers.
