Ingredientes

  • 5 c. flour
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 pound Crisco
  • Lemon rind
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 yeast cakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast cakes in the sugar and warm lowfat milk. Let stand for 5 min.Mix flour, sugar, butter and Crisco. Mix like pie crust. Add in egg yolks, lowfat sour cream and yeast mix; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll and fill with nuts or possibly jam. Brush tops with egg before you bake. Let rise in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
