Receta Hungarian Filled Cookies

Ingredientes
- 5 c. flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound Crisco
- Lemon rind
- 1 T sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 yeast cakes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast cakes in the sugar and warm lowfat milk. Let stand for 5 min.Mix flour, sugar, butter and Crisco. Mix like pie crust. Add in egg yolks, lowfat sour cream and yeast mix; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll and fill with nuts or possibly jam. Brush tops with egg before you bake. Let rise in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
