- Cook beans in salted water till tender, not soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil; add in onions and saute/fry till limp; add in dill. Add in sufficient flour to make a roux. ( thick paste ) Add in 1 c. of water , sugar and vinegar and stir while the sauce gets thick. Add in liquid removed beans, and mix. If too thick, add in a little more water.
