Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
  • 2 c. Onion, diced
  • 2 lb Mushroom, sliced
  • 3/4 c. Wine, white, dry
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk, whole
  • 3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp Paprika, hungarian
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, black, grnd

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onions and mushrooms in the butter in a large saute/fry pan till the onions are translucent/soft.
  2. Add in the wine and cook un til the alcohol has boiled off, abot 3-4 min. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  3. In a 3 qt saucepan, over low heat, blend the flour and butter into a roux, stirring constantly for 4-5 min. Add in the lowfat milk, continue whisking, increase heat to medium. Cook till mix thickens, whisking occasionally.
  4. Whisk the mushroom/onion mix into the lowfat milk mix. Then add in the lowfat sour cream and seasonings, simmer over low heat for 10 min or possibly till flavors are blended.
