Ingredientes

  • 8 x Large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 x hard Roll
  • 1/2 c. Ham, finely grnd
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Paparika
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Shell Large eggs, cut a cap off the narrow ends and remove yolks carefully. Soak roll in mil, squeeze dry and press through a strainer. Combine egg yolks with all remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Fill the Large eggs and close with the sliced off cap.
