Ingredientes
- 8 x Large eggs, hard boiled
- 1 x hard Roll
- 1/2 c. Ham, finely grnd
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. Dill, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. Paparika
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Shell Large eggs, cut a cap off the narrow ends and remove yolks carefully. Soak roll in mil, squeeze dry and press through a strainer. Combine egg yolks with all remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Fill the Large eggs and close with the sliced off cap.
