- Cook till the onions in the butter in a (5 Quart.) Dutch oven over medium high heat till lightly browned. Add in the meat, paprika and salt. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer till the meat is tender (1 1/2-2 hrs). Stir in the lowfat sour cream. Heat through (but do not let it boil). Serve over warm, buttered, noodles.
