%20a%20good%20day.%20%20But%20this%20morning%20did%20not%20have%20the%20most%20promising%20start.%20%20More%20embarrassing%20than%20promising%20really.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20planned%20to%20go%20to%20an%208am%20yoga%20class%20but%20as%20I%20flip-flopped%20around%20the%20idea%20in%20bed%20it%20got%20later%20and%20later.%20%20At%207:40%20I%20decided%20I%20did%20want%20to%20go,%20which%20meant%20I%20had%20to%20scurry%20to%20make%20it%20on%20time.%20%20I%20got%20dressed,%20gathered%20my%20stuff,%20and%20was%20halfway%20down%20the%20block%20when%20it%20hit%20me%20%E2%80%A6%20I%20hadn%E2%80%99t%20gone%20to%20the%20bathroom!%20%20I%20knew%20that%20I%20could%20neither%20a)%20use%20the%20bathroom%20at%20the%20studio%20and%20still%20make%20it%20to%20class%20before%20the%20cut-off%20time,%20nor%20b)%20hold%20it%20for%20the%20next%20hour+.%20%20So%20I%20sadly%20went%20home.%20%20It%20sucks%20to%20miss%20a%20planned%20day%20within%20my%20unlimited%20month,%20but%20even%20a%20Groupon%E2%80%99s%20not%20worth%20risking%20having%20an%20accident%20on%20the%20floor%20like%20a%20dog%20during%20my%20downward%20dogs!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20the%20school%20gym%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20open%20until%2010am%20on%20weekends%20I%20had%20to%20replan%20my%20day%20a%20bit,%20but%20I%20think%20it%20all%20worked%20out.%20%20I%20went%20home%20(and%20peed!),%20did%20the%20dishes,%20made%20my%20grocery%20list,%20and%20ate%20a%20wonderful%20breakfast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20oatmeal%20bowl%20had%20the%20best%20mix%20of%20textures.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20brought%201/2%20cup%20water,%201/2%20cup%20skim%20milk,%20and%201%20small%20thinly%20sliced%20banana%20to%20a%20simmer%20in%20a%20small%20pot.%20%20Then%20I%20added%201/4%20cup%20oats,%20a%20pinch%20of%20salt,%201%20Tbsp%20chia%20seeds,%20and%202%20Tbsp%20raisins%20and%20stirred,%20stirred,%20stirred.%20%20When%20the%20oats%20were%20cooked%20I%20took%20the%20pot%20off%20of%20the%20heat%20and%20stirred%20in%201/4%20cup%20reduced-fat%20cottage%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20%20was%20delicious.%20%20Though%20you%20can%20barely%20call%20it%20oatmeal,%20of%20the%20bowl%E2%80%99s%20~%20375%20calories%20only%2075%20calories%20actually%20came%20from%20oats!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20breakfast%20I%20finally%20got%20to%20workout.%20%20A%20bit%20later%20than%20planned%20though%20because%20this%20was%20happening%20in%20my%20lap%20and%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20bear%20to%20move%20him.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20actually%20waited%20so%20long%20(11:30)%20that%20I%20ended%20up%20getting%20hungry%20again.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThat%E2%80%99s%203/4%20of%20a%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cherry%20Torte%20LaraBar%20topped%20with%20a%20schmear%20of%20Justin%E2%80%99s%20Maple%20Almond%20Butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20I%20digested%20for%20the%202nd%20time,%20I%20set%20out%20for%20the%20gym%20on%20foot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETrudging%20through%20the%20snow%20was%20basically%20a%20workout%20in%20and%20of%20itself,%20but%20I%20did%2040%20minutes%20on%20the%20elliptical,%20random%20level%206%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20multiple%20layers%20and%20shoe%20changes%20made%20the%20whole%20process%20take%20forever.%20%20Now%20that%20I%E2%80%99m%20finally%20home,%20I%E2%80%99m%20putting%20off%20the%20grocery%20store%20for%20later%20so%20that%20I%20can%20get%20some%20lunch!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo%20you%20have%20to%20use%20the%20bathroom%20the%20minute%20you%20wake%20up%20or%20can%20you%20hold%20it?%20%20I%20normally%20can%20wait,%20so%20I%20get%20up%20and%20deal%20with%20the%20dog%20before%20I%20even%20think%20about%20the%20bathroom,%20but%20holding%20it%20through%20a%20yoga%20class%20would%20have%20been%20too%20much%20for%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
