Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 21 ounce peach pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Place butter in a 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. till melted. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; stir in lowfat milk. Pour batter proportionately over butter. Spoon pie filling over batter (don't stir). Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 min or possibly till browned.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
