Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pkt (12 ounce) vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 2 quart Vanilla ice cream or possibly flavor of your choice, softened

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat chocolate chips with lowfat milk and salt; cook and stir till thickened, about 25 min. Remove from the heat; set aside. Combine wafer crumbs and butter; set aside 1 c.. Press remaining crumbs into a greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Refrigeratefor 10-15 min. Pour chocolate over crumbs. Cover and freeze for 20-25 min or possibly till hard.
  2. Spread the ice cream over chocolate. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze at least 2 hrs before serving.
