Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Bell peppers, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 c. Fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 c. Frzn green peas, thawed
  • 1 c. Turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1 c. Celery, diced

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Don't chill. While still warm drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add in onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Gently fold in peas, turkey, and celery. Refrigeratethoroughly.
  2. Serving Ideas : Serve with salad greens and sliced French bread.
