Ingredientes

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Put together all ingredients in blender; blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and lightly floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till custard sets. Flour makes a crust and custard rises to the top.
