Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients in blender; blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and lightly floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till custard sets. Flour makes a crust and custard rises to the top.
