Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, fresh\sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream, commercial
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 6 x To 8 drops Warm Sauce
  • 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, *
  • 1/2 c. Cooked ham, minced

Direcciones

  1. Shredded (2 c.)
  2. Saute/fry` mushrooms in butter in a medium skillet till lightly browned; drain well, and set aside.
  3. Combine next 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; process till well blended.
  4. Combine egg mix, mushrooms, cheese, and ham. Pour into a greased 10-inch quiche dish. Bake at 350^ for 45 min or possibly till set. Quiche should be puffed and golden. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  5. YIELD: One 10-inch Quiche
