- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in potatoes and ginger; saute/fry till potatoes are lightly browned, about 3 min. Fold in cauliflower, then salt, turmeric, chili pwdr and paprika; saute/fry 5 min. Add in 1/2 c. water; cover and simmer till vegetables are tender, about 5 min. Add in peas and simmer 2 min. Season with salt and pepper.
