Ingredientes

  • 4 1/2 ounce raspberry gelatin
  • 8 slc ready made sponge cake sweet sherry
  • 15 ounce ready made custard
  • 6 ounce tinned mandarin
  • 3 dsh vanilla, extract
  • 275 ml heavy cream, whipped, lightly
  • 1 sm block good quality chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Make the gelatin by following the instructions on the side of the packet.
  2. Pour into a dish and leave. Once the gelatin is set, roughly chop.
  3. Put 2 pcs of cake into the bottom of each glass. Drizzle with the sherry and pour half of the custard over the cake and sherry.
  4. Spoon thegelatin over the custard, and then add in the mandarins.
  5. Cover with the restof the custard, drizzle with a little vanilla, and cover with the whipped cream.
