- Ginger - 1½tsp, finely grated
- Soy Sauce - 2tbsp
- Honey - 2tbsp
- Fish Sauce - 1tbsp (I used this vegetarian fish sauce)
- Chili paste - 2tbsp
- Coconut milk - 1cup
- Palm Sugar - 1tsp
