Ingredientes

  • 10 1/2 ounce Tofu, lowfat, hard
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter, reduced fat, creamy
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
  • 4 c. Cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine ingred. except tofu and mix with a whisk. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Cover with marinate. Place in foodsaver container and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from refrig. and let it stand at room temp for 30 min. Preheat oven 350. Place tofu in a single layer on baking sheet and cover with marinate. Bake uncovered 15 minute, then place under broiler till brown.
  3. Serve over rice.
