Receta Indonesian Tofu With Peanut Butter

Ingredientes
- 10 1/2 ounce Tofu, lowfat, hard
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter, reduced fat, creamy
- 1/4 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 4 c. Cooked rice
Direcciones
- In small bowl, combine ingred. except tofu and mix with a whisk. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Cover with marinate. Place in foodsaver container and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrig. and let it stand at room temp for 30 min. Preheat oven 350. Place tofu in a single layer on baking sheet and cover with marinate. Bake uncovered 15 minute, then place under broiler till brown.
- Serve over rice.
