Ingredientes

  • 1 x Chinese cabbage
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Warm pepper
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Chop the cabbage into pcs about 1 1/2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide. Three c. of minced cabbage are needed.
  2. Crush the garlic and blend with the warm pepper, soy sauce and vinegar.
  3. Add in the cabbage and mix well. Add in the salt and sugar, mix and cover till ready to serve.
