.25 cup black strap molasses
1.5 tsp ground flax
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
.75 cup whole wheat flour
.5 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup shredded carrot
.5 cup prune baby food
1 cup Thompson raisons
1 banana
.5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup crushed pineapple
Direcciones
Blend you almond milk and wheat bran in a bowl.
Let this soak for 20 min.
Add remaining ingredients.
