Ingredientes

  • 7 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Vegetable shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp Anise seed
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 4 c. Milklla extract
  • 1 x Egg white Sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, shortening, baking pwdr and anise. Mix well using hands.
  2. Mix Large eggs, vanilla, and lowfat milk. Add in to dry ingredients, continuing to work with hands till smooth. Don't knead.
  3. Using a cookie press, put dough through a large star making a long strip.
  4. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2" pcs. Dough can be rolled into walnut-sized balls and flattened to 1 1/2 to 2" as an alternate.
  5. Dip the top of each in mix of egg white and 1/2 teasp water beaten together. Then roll in sesame seeds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 min, or possibly till golden brown.
