Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb Italian sausage, browned
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed Pizza dough (frzn bread dough)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add in water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hrs.
  2. Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.
  3. Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with Italian sauce.
