Receta Italian Canoles

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Italian sausage, browned
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed Pizza dough (frzn bread dough)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add in water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hrs.
- Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.
- Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with Italian sauce.
