Italian Christmas Cream

Ingredientes

  • 2 med -sized hard bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. sliced seedless green grapes
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream (16 ounce)
  • 1 c. coarsely minced Maraschino cherries
  • 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh lemon peel

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Pour into a 2-qt shallow casserole dish or possibly mold, lightly coated with a non-stick vegetable spray. Freeze overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 min before serving. You can unmold it onto a serving plate if you like.
