Italian Meatballs

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with hands or a stand mixer.
|
|
|
Shape into two ounce balls.
|
|
|
Place on sprayed broiler pan.
|
|
|
Bake at 375^ for 25 minutes or until nicely browned and done. Some of the cheese will leak out.
|
|
|
Freeze individually then store in plastic bags for use later.
|
|
|
They go well with a good red sauce and any shape of pasta.
