Receta Italian Meatballs With Tomato Sauce

- In a large bowl soak bread in cream till soft. Add in grnd chuck, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg yolk, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Form mix into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add in meatballs and brown on all sides, about 10 min. Transfer meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels. Wipe out skillet.
- Add in tomato sauce and basil to skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add in meatballs, cook on low 5 min till heated through.
