Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 x Large eggs - (to 3) beaten with
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 ct plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 jar Prego Traditional Spagetti Sauce
  • 1 pkt shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Lb. out chicken breasts with a meat mallet. In the following order coat the chicken: Lowfat milk, flour - shake off excess - Large eggs, breadcrumbs; make sure the chicken is well coated.
  2. Heat oil and butter in frying pan over medium heat. When this starts bubbling, place chicken into pan reduce heat to low - otherwise it will burn - turn chicken over, and when both sides are a golden color, remove to a plate. (You may want to place a paper towel onto the plate to absorb the excess grease.)
  3. Hot the spaghetti sauce, pour half of sauce into a casserole dish, place cooked chicken breasts on top of sauce, cover the chicken with the remaining sauce, and top with cheese. Broil till cheese has turned a golden color.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
