Ingredientes

  • 5 lb Pork Loin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
  • 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sage, dry
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Coat loin with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Combine all spices and apply liberally to loin.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 days.
  4. Grill or possibly bake in 400 oven(uncovered) for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till thermometer reads 155 .
  5. Let rest for 15 min and slice thinly.
