  • 2 lb Bulk spinage or possibly 2 (10-oz) bags prewashed spinach, Prepared for cooking
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 x Crushed garlic clove (optional)

  1. Place spinach in a large pot, add in no water, cover, and steam 3-5 min over moderate heat till slightly wilted but still bright green. Drain, add in seasonings, and toss to mix. About 135 callories per serving.
